- 14 different Seahawks were credited with a caused turnover against the Gyrenes as everybody is getting involved in the defensive effort
- Cassidy Green started the game for KU, recording four saves, but it was Raelyn Boutwell who came in at the half and nabbed five saves to get the win
- Webber International started their season on Saturday, defeating Montreat 18-1 at home
- The Warriors were led by Bryce Gerber who tallied five goals and a pair of assists in the contest
- Jordyn Davidson, who will likely hit her 500th career save in the game will likely get the nod for the Warriors in net
