The College Sports Communicators (CSC) released its 2026 CSC Academic All-District At-Large Teams on Tuesday afternoon.
The 2026 Academic-All At-Large teams, selected by the CSC, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC All-District team separately recognized honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
Lizzie Belton,
MacKenzie Gibaud,
Kate Griffin, and
Jia Schweigert were recognized as Academic District honorees. Belton, Gibaud, and Schweigert will now advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, where the first, second, and third-team will be picked.
Lizzie Belton, Second Year, Dallas, Ga.
- Earned a 3.63 GPA in business administration
- Earned NAIA All-America honors for the second consecutive season
- Named to the All-Conference First Team
- Made the start in all 19 of her appearances for the Seahawks
- Led the team with 41 caused turnovers and 46 groundballs on the season
- Registered at least three caused turnovers in six games this season
- Part of the defense that ranked second in the NAIA in caused turnovers
MacKenzie Gibaud, Fourth Year, Rochester, N.Y.
- Held a 3.60 GPA in business administration
- Named an NAIA All-American for the second time in her career
- Started all 20 games for the Seahawks
- Finished the season with the fourth-most 47 goals in a season in program history
- Her 37 assists were the second-most in a season in program history
- Her 84 points this season ranked second-most in program history
- Scored in 36 straight games to end her career
- Ranks second in goals scored(130), second in assists(82), and second in points(212) in the career record books
Kate Griffin, Second Year, West Palm Beach, Fla.
- Earned a 3.83 GPA in exercise and sport science
- Named an NAIA All-American for the first time in her career
- Received first-team All-Conference honors
- Started 18 of 20 appearances for the Seahawks
- Finished the season with a record 125 draw controls this season
- Recorded double-digit draw controls in four games, including a career-high 13 against Calvin University on March 13
- Scored 29 goals and added seven assists
- Also contributed 25 groundballs and 13 caused turnovers on the defensive end
Jia Schweigert, Second Year, West Babylon, N.Y.
- Earned a 3.91 GPA in exercise and sport science
- Tabbed an NAIA All-American for the first time in her career
- Garnered first-team All-Conference honors
- Started all 20 games for the Seahawks
- Finished with 45 goals and 27 assists for 72 points on the season, finishing second on the team in all three categories
- Scored three or more goals in eight games this season
- Recorded seven points three times this year
