No. 3 Keiser women's soccer had a strong second half in the Sun Conference Semifinal to pull away from No. 19 SCAD, 4-1. The Seahawks struck first in the 37th minute when defender Georgia Little buried an unassisted goal to make it 1-0. SCAD equalized just before halftime off a corner from Ida Akesson that found Emilia Irle. Just three minutes into the second period, Lara Noe guided home a goal off a corner delivered by Steingerður Snorradóttir to push Keiser ahead 2-1. Blanca Bächi extended the margin in the 71st minute, finishing a setup from Luisa Fontes for her 10th goal of the season. Fontes capped off the day with a goal of her own in the 83rd minute to seal the 4-1 victory.
Keiser advances to the Sun Conference Tournament Championship, where they will face No. 15 Southeastern. Kickoff time is yet to be determined from the SEU Soccer Field in Lakeland, Fla.
- A poor clearance in the 37th minute fell to Little who slotted a shot into the left side of the netting
- SCAD equalized on a corner kick by Akesson that found the head of Irle who guided it into the net
- A corner by Snorradóttir early in the second half put Keiser back in front as it went to the back post where Noe tapped it in
- A turnover in the midfield led to a quick ball played through by Fontes to Bächi who stopped on a dime to let a defender pass before ripping a shot through the hands of the SCAD keeper
- The final goal of the game came off a cross from Ruby Vernon that was pushed out by the SCAD goalie but right to the foot of Fontes who picked her spot to score the goal
- Keiser improves to 15-2-1 after the win
- The Seahawks improve to 24-8-3 in the Sun Conference Tournament and 15-4-0 in the Semifinal Round
- Against ranked opponents, Keiser is now 4-2-1 this season
- Little's goal was just the fourth of her career but her third this season
- Fontes also tallied her third goal of the season while Noa got her second of the year
- For Bächi, she now has 10 goals this season and is the third player on the team to reach double-digit goals
- Snorradóttir once again delivered from a corner kick as she upped her assist count to eight on the year
- Vilhena's assist streak ends at seven straight games, the most consecutive games with an assist in program history
- Madison Priebe was tested a few times over the course of the 90 minutes but held strong with three saves to earn the win
- The Seahawks outshot SCAD 21-7
- Both teams came into the game ranked in the top 20 for corner kicks but each only had three chances from the corner

Keiser advances to the Sun Conference Tournament Championship where they will face No. 15 Southeastern. Kickoff time is yet to be determined from the SEU Soccer Field in Lakeland, Fla.
