The No. 2 Keiser football team remained unbeaten on the year, defeating the No. 14-ranked Southeastern Fire, 34-23, on Saturday evening.

After falling behind, 17-7 in the first half, the Seahawks outscored the Fire, 27-0, to take a 34-17 lead with 1:59 left in the game to clinch this year's Sun Conference title.
Keiser rushed for 174 yards (well about the average SEU has allowed all year – 88.1 yards per game) and totaled 448 yards of total offense versus the No. 5 ranked defense statistically.
Jaden Miller led the ground game, rushing to 98 yards on 19 carries with one rushing touchdown.
Dillon Simon added 89 yards on the ground on 17 carries.
Through the air,
Shea Spencer threw for 274 yards on 19-of-28 passing and two touchdowns.
Elisha Edwards was his top target, catching seven passes for 113 yards and a score.
Dallas Desouza had four catches for 81 yards while
Ben Hayes caught four passes for 26 yards and one touchdown.
The defense forced two interceptions on the night, including a 41-yard, pick-six by safety
Malik Razz. The sophomore defensive back ended the night with four tackles. Cornerback
Chandler Perceval recorded the team's other interception.
With the win, Keiser improved to 6-2 all-time versus Southeastern while extending their current home-winning streak to 18 games. The Seahawks also improved to 25-0 all-time in Sun Conference action.
