The 2025 Academic All-District Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC), were announced on Tuesday. The CSC Academic All-America program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Steingerður Snorradóttir and
Emilia Nilsson were recognized as academic district honorees. Snorradóttir and Nilsson will now advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, where the first, second, and third teams will be chosen.
Steingerður Snorradóttir
, Second Year, Akureyri, Iceland
- Attained a 3.50 GPA in bachelor of science in integrated marketing communications
- Earned SUN All-Conference recognition as a defender
- Started all 19 games for the Seahawks this season
- Scored one goal and recorded nine assists this season
- Helped Keiser to 10 shutouts on the year
Emilia Nilsson, Third Year, Kalmar, Sweden
- Earned a 3.75 GPA in psychology
- Named a first-team All-Sun Conference selection
- Appeared in all 20 games for KU with 16 starts
- Scored three goals during the season
- Added four assists this year
