The Keiser women's basketball team staged a second-half comeback to defeat the Warriors of Webber International at home this afternoon, securing a victory in the annual "We Back Pat" game. This campaign raises awareness and funds for Alzheimer's research through the Pat Summitt Foundation, which honors the legendary women's basketball coach who battled early-onset dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Senior Elise Ellison led the Seahawks with 23 points, just one shy of her season high, while Aly Avrach made a significant impact off the bench, contributing 14 points, including four three-pointers.

The Seahawks will hit the road on Wednesday, Jan. 15, to face the Gyrenes of Ave Maria. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 PM.
