The Keiser Seahawks volleyball team is hitting the road again this Saturday, traveling to Babson Park, Fla., to take on the Webber International Warriors in their third conference game in the past week.
On Wednesday night, the Seahawks battled hard but lost to No. 11 St. Thomas in a match that went the full five sets. After dropping the first two sets, Keiser made a strong comeback to force a fifth set, only to fall by just two points in the final moments. Despite the loss, Frederica Silva delivered a season-best performance with 12 kills and 13 digs, recording a double-double. Defensively, the Seahawks held the Bobcats to a .139 hitting percentage and recorded 20 block assists.
