(RV) Baseball Eliminated by No. 9 Reinhardt in Championship Game of the NAIA Regionals


The (rv) Keiser baseball team eliminated the No. 25-seed Pioneers of Point Park, 15-4, in game five of the NAIA Championship tournament but were eliminated after a heartbreaking loss to the Eagles of Reinhardt 15-8 in the championship game of the NAIA Opening Round.

  • Seahawks' Kenny Di Clemente and Jhamante Woods crushed back-to-back home runs in the bottom of the fifth, eliminating the No. 25 Pioneers of Point Park with a stunning 15-4 victory in game five of the NAIA Regionals.
  • Jake Molloy earned the win in the first game of the day and ends the 2024 season with a record of 4-1
  • In Keiser's second game of the day took the lead in the top of the fifth as Andrew Almendarez cranked a home run to drive in three runs; however, the Seahawks saw the game slip away in the bottom of the seventh and could not recover as a three-run home run added insurance runs for the Eagles to eliminate Keiser 15-8 in the championship game of the NAIA Regionals. 
  • With the loss, Keiser ends the 2024 season with a 34-23 record. 
  • The Seahawks move to 13-11 all-time in the Opening Round of the NAIA Baseball Tournament.
