No. 3 Men's Tennis Ready for Regular Season Finale Against Division II, No. 8 Barry

No. 3 Keiser men's tennis will close out their regular season with the four-time defending Division II National Champions, No. 8 Barry on Saturday, April 20. First serve from the Buccaneer Tennis Courts in Miami Shores, Fla. is set for 2:00 p.m.

  • Keiser moved to 16-2 on Thursday after defeating Palm Beach Atlantic for the second time this season.

Scouting the Buccaneers: Barry comes into Saturday's match with an 11-5 overall record after defeating Division II, No. 13 Florida Southern 7-0. Joao Ferreira plays the majority of matches on court one and ranks No. 15 in Division II by the ITA. Ferreira has a 9-4 record in dual play this season with a 6-2 record against ranked opponents. In doubles, the Buccaneers have tried a few different combinations besides Tim Riedel and Bastien Rieme who are the only doubles team with more than eight matches played together and have a record of 11-3.
