Keiser Softball dropped a conference game to Florida Memorial this afternoon, falling 4-3 to the Lions. The Seahawks will now look to win a doubleheader tomorrow in Miami Gardens.

- Lizzy Small got the start, and was on the hook for the loss after giving up two earned runs. (60 pitches)
- Brunella Beteta Vilchez pitched the final three innings. (29 pitches)
- The Seahawks fell into a 3-0 hole early on and were unable to get the tying run across late.

- The Lions plated three runs with an error and a two RBI single.

- The Seahawks got a run on the board with a single from Lanie Macicek.

- The Lions scored their last run of the day on an RBI single up the middle.

- In response, Keiser got an RBI double from Lizzy Small.
Keiser 3, FMU 4
- KU had their final chance to tie the game, and were able to get a runner home on an RBI fielder's choice from Tes DeBono.
- However, the tying run was left stranded at first base and the game came to an end on a groundout.

The Seahawks will play a doubleheader versus FMU tomorrow at 1:00 p.m.
