Keiser Softball completed a series sweep of Ave Maria today, winning 5-2. The Seahawks have now earned their 27th win of the season, tied for a Keiser softball program best.

Keiser shook off slow start, and took a late lead on Gyrene fielding errors.

• Pinch runner Abby Arend scored on a fielding error to tie the game.
• Lana Hampson scored on another AMU error. 
• With the bases loaded, Lanie Macicek was hit by a pitch to bring in Lacee Travens.
• Bridget Dunham walked in the following at bat, and Tessa DiPietra scored. 

The Seahawks will host the No. 18 Coastal Georgia Mariners in West Palm Beach for a conference series. First pitch of game one is set for 1:00 p.m. this Friday.
