Coach's Corner

When asked about today's result, Head Coach Daniel Finn had this to say: "It was a tough one to take today. Say what you want, but the slow start in doubles cost us. We have to start better than we did today if we want to beat a quality team like Lynn. They are very underrated and easily a top-five team in Division II and if you're going to play a strong team, you're going to have to bring intensity from start to finish and today we did not do that until we got punched in the mouth a little bit. That said, I'm proud of the girls and the way they responded and I thought we did a great job of competing in singles and getting ourselves back in the match. We just need to go back to the drawing board and make some adjustments to make sure that the slow starts don't become a habit."
