Keiser men's lacrosse got an electrifying performance from their offense today in a lopsided win over the visiting Ottawa Braves. Ryan Rundle set school records for assists (9) and points (16) in a game, and the Seahawks set team records for most assists (22) and points (49) in one game. 


First Quarter
Keiser 4, OU 3
  • Ryan Rundle got things going early with a goal two minutes into the game.
  • Kegan Hufford scored two minutes later with an assist from Rundle.
  • OU responded with two goals to tie the game.
  • Braeden Niemy scored with a Vincent Cerasuolo assist at the 3:35 mark. 
  • After a Braves goal at the :57 mark, AJ Badik scored with a Cerasuolo assist with 24 seconds remaining in the quarter. 
Second Quarter
Keiser 12, OU 7
  • Ottawa got a goal two minutes into the quarter to tie the game. 
  • Ryan Rundle scored unassisted to give KU a lead it would hold for the rest of the game.
  • Chris Rayburn took the ensuing faceoff all the way for an unassisted goal. 
  • Three minutes afterward, Niemy scored with a Rundle assist.
  • Rayburn got his second goal of the day after winning the ensuing faceoff. 
  • Matt Sheehy scored thirty seconds later with a Rundle assist.
  • The Braves got two goals between 7:12 and 5:46. 
  • 90 seconds later, AJ Badik hit the net with a Marek Albiero assist. 
  • Braeden Niemy scored at the 2:24 mark with Rundle providing the assist.
  • After an Ottawa goal at the 1:05 mark, Rundle scored with a Rayburn assist following the faceoff for the final goal of the half.
Third Quarter
Keiser 23, OU 7
  • Niemy got the second half started with a goal 66 seconds into the quarter with a Cerasuolo assist.
  • Ryan Rundle scored with a Jackson Marshall assist at the 12:22 mark. 
  • Niemy scored again twenty seconds later. 
  • Kegan Hufford scored with 10:42 on the board. 
  • Vincent Cerasuolo scored unassisted with 8:20 showing on the clock. 
  • Two minutes after another Rundle goal with a JP Prather assist, Reese Niemeier scored his first career goal.
  • Keiser scored four more goals to close out a dominating 11-0 quarter. 
Fourth Quarter
Keiser 27, OU 8
  • Ottawa scored its last goal of the day at the 12:24 mark. 
  • Vincent Cerasuolo scored with a Rundle assist two minutes later. 
  • Ryan Rundle scored his seventh goal of the day at the 8:26 mark. 
  • Zach Crotwell found the net with 5:44 left in the game with a Logan Dujon assist.
  • Aidan Irvin scored his first career goal at with 1:22 on the clock.

  • Keiser outshot OU, 67-29. 
  • KU caused 17 turnovers from the Braves.  
  • Chris Rayburn went 23-35 on faceoffs. 
  • The Seahawks went 16-18 on clears. 
  • Keiser picked up 40 groundballs.
