Keiser Softball dropped a close game to NCAA DII Palm Beach Atlantic this evening. The Seahawks now turn their attention to a road doubleheader next week versus New College of Florida.

- Brunella Beteta Vilchez pitched one inning in relief, picking up two strikeouts. (25 pitches)
- The Seahawks fought all the way with the Sailfish, but errors proved costly and PBA was able to close out the game late.

- KU had a chance to tie the game, and Tes DeBono hit a lead-off single to get the tying run on base.
- A sacrifice bunt moved the tying run into scoring position, but the next two Seahawk batters struck out and the game came to an end 2-1 in favor of PBA.
The Seahawks will face New College of Florida on Wednesday for a doubleheader. First pitch of game one is set for 1:00 p.m. in Sarasota, Fla.
