The No. 1 Keiser men's tennis team will open their championship run on Wednesday afternoon against the winner of Cardinal Stritch/Lindsey Wilson in the Second Round of the NAIA National Championship after receiving a first-round bye. First serve is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. CDT at the Mobile Tennis Center in Mobile, Ala.

• Keiser enters as the top seed in the National Championship Tournament, boasting a 19-5 overall record.
• The Seahawks are coming off their seventh straight Sun Conference Tournament Title on April 28.
• All-time in the NAIA Tournament, Keiser sports an 18-15 record, advancing to the National Championship in each of the last two years.

Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "One day, one point, and one moment at a time. This season we've talked a lot with the boys about playing the moment in front of them throughout the entire schedule. Having such a tough schedule and such a tough conference to get through certainly helps to try to focus on those points. Momentum is a crazy thing though. They can flip in just seconds, that's the biggest reason for me as a coach. We try to push the importance of the moment and focus on what's in front of you. When it comes to the experience of this team, it can be a big benefit. Having players that have played in big moments, and experienced certain situations is always helpful, especially leading the new guys. At the end of the day, you just have to play the teams that are in front of you. I would expect everyone that gets in this tournament to be a very good and quality team. Looking at our draw, we have some very strong teams on our side that we could end up facing. However, it's just another situation where you focus on what's in front of you and play the moment that you're in."
