No. 3 Men's Tennis

No. 1 Men's Tennis Heads South for Match with Division II, No. 15 Lynn on Tuesday

No. 1 Keiser men's tennis will be back in Division II action on Tuesday as they travel to Boca Raton, Fla. to face No. 15 Lynn.

About the Seahawks
  • Keiser is now 14-4 on the year after defeating No. 11 Coastal Georgia and No. 24 SCAD-Savannah over the weekend.
  • The Seahawks will be looking to improve to .500 on the year against Division II opponents after improving to 2-3 last week with their win over No. 5 West Alabama.
  • An emphasis was put on doubles play starting fast and it is showing with Keiser taking the doubles point in seven of their last eight matches.

Coach's Corner
Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "Should be another tough one tomorrow. Anytime we play Lynn it's always a battle that seems to come down to the very end. Since I have been here, they've had our number and I would like to end that losing streak tomorrow. They are a well-coached team and know how to compete. For us, the doubles point will be crucial tomorrow. It's really important for us to start the match strong and come out with a lot of energy early on. Last week the boys did a much better job competing throughout the matches and really fighting for the major points. The way our boys grind in singles getting that early momentum is huge for us. That's something we have to execute tomorrow if we want an opportunity to win."
