(rv) Baseball traveled down south to play the last series of the regular season against the (rv) Bobcats of St. Thomas. The Seahawks fell short against the Bobcats in Game One of the series. Anfernee Fernandez started on the mound for Keiser, he took the loss in tonight's game and his record moved to 5-5 this season. The Seahawks took the lead in the second inning but St. Thomas came back and scored in every inning to end the game in the seventh inning. Keiser will return back to Miami Gardens, Florida tomorrow to play a doubleheader. 
Notables.
  • The Seahawks are now 25-20 overall and 8-11 in the Sun Conference. 
  • St. Thomas took the lead early and scored three runs in the top of the first inning.
  • Keiser tied and took the lead in the bottom of the first. The Seahawks were up by three runs.
  • Bradley McLean hit his fourth home run of the year. 
  • Right-handed pitcher Ryan Powers made his tenth appearance of the season.
  • Drew Lang now has a total of ten strikeouts in the season.

  • Anfernee Fernandez started for the Seahawks, he threw two innings.
  • In relief for Fernandez was Jonathan Amonica in the bottom of the third.
  • Drew Lang went in to pitch after Amonica in the bottom of the fourth.

  • Piloto homered to center field with two runners on base to put the Bobcats on the board and ahead by three runs to start the game.

  • Bradley McLean hit a homer to left field to put the Seahawks on the board. 
  • Maurice Gomez doubled down the left line and Ian Ortiz scored from second base to cut the deficit down to one run. 
  • First baseman Anthony Catalano hit a single to third base and Gomez scored to tie the game.
  • To take the lead by three runs, Cyrus Grimes doubled down the right line to clear the bases.
