Keiser Softball Drops Doubleheader to St. Thomas

The Keiser softball team was defeated today in a home doubleheader versus St. Thomas. The Seahawks were run-ruled 8-0 in the first game, and shut out 6-0 in the second game.

Keiser Seahawks 0, St. Thomas Bobcats 8
Pitchers of Record: W: Smith (2-1) L: Small (16-9)

Seahawk Hurlers
  • Lizzy Small got the start and was on the hook for the loss. (66 pitches)
  • Addison Fyles made a relief appearance and struck out one batter. (18 pitches)
  • Kaylie Araujo pitched the final 1.2 innings. (23 pitches)

The Seahawks were overwhelmed by 11 Bobcat hits and were unable to avoid the fifth inning run-rule.
