(rv) Baseball split the day with the Nighthawks. In Game One, Thomas (Ga.) took with a score of 12-10. In Game Two the Seahawks got the lead early on and held it to win the game, 8-5. Garret Reisz started on the mound for Keiser in game one. Danny Galvan picked up his seventh win this season and Jordan Destefano recorded his second save. Keiser will play the last game of the series tomorrow afternoon to determine who wins the series. 
 
Notables.
  • Alejandro Macario hit a grand slam to extend the lead for Keiser. Macario now has eight home runs in the season.
  • Macario recorded a new season high of five RBIs in a game. 
  • Kenny Di Clemente hit his tenth home run of the season. 
  • In game one the Seahawks totaled 11 hits. 
  • Combined Keiser registered 22 hits in the day. 
  • Keiser is now fifth in the Sun Conference standings with a record of 6-8. 
  • Danny Galvan remains undefeated in the season with seven wins.
  • With the two games today it was the 31st time in program history these two teams have faced each other.

Seahawk Hurlers
  • Garret Reisz started on the mound for the Seahawks. 
  • In relief for Reisz was Chuck Fishbaugh in the bottom of the third.
  • Parker Grahe went in to pitch in the bottom of the fourth after Fishbaugh threw an inning.
  • In the bottom of the seventh Jonah Backensto went it to pitch for Parker.
  • Drew Lang went in to pitch after Backensto faced three batters.
  • Senior, Ryan Powers went in to pitch in the bottom of the eighth to close the game for Keiser.
Seahawk Batters
  • Anthony Catalano recorded three RBIs and went 2-for-4.
  • Outfielder, John Michael Riley registered two RBIs and three runs.
  • Almost every Seahawks in the starting lineup registered at least a hit.
