No. 1 Keiser women's tennis showed little fatigue after yesterday's win, taking down SCAD at home, 6-1 on Saturday in Boca Raton, Fla.

• For a second straight day, Yvette Schmucker and Vanja Vidanovic finished first in doubles, winning 6-1.
• No. 3 Isabella Perez Flores and Florencia Araya clinched the doubles point on court one with a win over Sofia Ragona and Yue Yu, 6-3.
• With the point clinched, No. 1 Violet Apisah and Ksenija Vujacic finished the doubles sweep on court two over Alessia Piccoliori and Francina Puig Llompart, 6-4.

• No. 14 Vidanovic would be first off the courts in singles with a 6-0, 6-0 win on court four.
• No. 1 Apisah followed with a 6-1, 6-1 win over No. 22 Yu on court one to make it 3-0 for Keiser.
• The match was clinched on court six as No. 19 Perez Flores defeated Britain Botsford, 6-3, 6-2.
• Following the lone Bees point on court two, No. 6 Vujacic fought off a tiebreak loss in the first set to win 6-7(4), 6-0, 10-5.
• No. 7 Schmucker finished the match with a win on court four in a third set tiebreaker, winning 5-7, 6-0, 13-11.

"Good win today but still not up to our standard," said Head Coach, Daniel Finn, "I was not pleased with how we started the match. Across the board, outside of number three doubles, we had to our way out of holes before settling into our matches today. Of course, we're happy to get a 6-1 win but the expectation and standard are a lot higher in how we want to play and keep our focus. I think we did a much better job in certain spots of locking in and starting strong to make sure that we could quickly grab the four points we needed, but we need to make sure that we stay hungry and compete the entire match. We will take a few days here and rest up and start getting ready again for next week."




Keiser will have an exhibition match next week before facing Division II, No. 1 Barry again on April 12 in Miami Shores.
