(RV) Seahawks traveled to Babson Park, Fla. to face the Warriors of No. 6 Webber International in a three-game series. Keiser fell short in game one as they took the lead early in the game but it just wasn't enough to take the win. The two teams were constantly scoring runs, the Seahawks scored in the first, second, fifth, and sixth inning. The Warriors scored in the first, third, fourth, sixth, seventh, and eighth. Anfernee Fernandez was the starting pitcher for Keiser tonight. Second baseman, Andrew Almendarez went 4-for-5 with two runs and an RBI. The last two games of the series will be played tomorrow starting at noon. 
 
Notables.
  • The Seahawks are now 18-11 overall and 2-2 in the Sun Conference. 
  • Keiser scored in the first and second inning to take the lead early.
  • Webber Int'l scored the majority of their runs in the fourth inning to answer back and take the lead from the Seahawks.
  • In the sixth inning, Keiser scored six runs to regain the lead. 
  • The Warriors scored in the bottom of the sixth to take the lead back and scored every inning after that. 
  • Webber Int'l used five pitchers on the mound tonight. 

Seahawk Hurlers
  • Anfernee Fernandez started for the Seahawks, he pitched 3.2 innings.
  • In relief for Fernandez was Jordan Destefano he went two innings and recorded five strikeouts.
  • Jonathan Amonica went in to pitch in the sixth inning. Amonica pitched 1.1 innings and faced ten batters.
  • To close the game for the Seahawks was Chuck Fishbaugh. Fishbaugh went in to pitch in the eighth inning.

  • Alejandro Macario hit a two-run bomb to left field to take the lead for the Seahawks once again.

  • Dobyanski was able to score on the single by Acevedo to improve the score for the Warriors. 
  • Morales hit a two-run homer to left center to increase that lead for Webber Int'l.
  • Another single by the Warriors brought in another run.

  • Edbarry Guzman hit a single to right center and registered two RBIs as Macario and Andrew Almendarez scored.
  • Zach Mazur doubled to center field that brought in another run to cut to deficit down to one. 
  • Ian Ortiz singled through the right side as two runs scored and the Seahawks are in the lead.
  • Almendarez registered an RBI as he singled through the left side.
