(RV) Keiser baseball swept the Bobcats in the doubleheader Friday to improve their overall record against Bryant & Stratton (Albany) to 9-0. Anfernee Fernandez and Garret Reisz were the starters for the games and each picked up a win. Combined the Seahawks recorded 27 RBIs in the day and 28 runs. In game one, John Michael Riley went 2-for-2 with two walks, a run, and five RBIs. Fernandez pitched six innings and recorded six strikeouts to pick up his fourth win of the season. In game two, the designated hitter Edbarry Guzman went 3-for-5 with a run and five RBIs. Jake Molloy made his first appearance as a Seahawks and closed the game for Keiser. 
Notables.
  • Edbarry Guzman recorded a new season high of in RBIs (5) and hits (3). 
  • The Seahawks scored 14 runs in both games today.
  • Kenny Di Clemente hit another home run today to stay in the lead in home runs this season with seven total. 
  • Keiser had a total of nine stolen bases in game one to record a new game high as a team.
  • The Seahawks also hit two triples in game one to record another game high as a team. 
  • In game two, Keiser scored ten runs in the first inning.
