"What a match," said Head Coach,
Daniel Finn, "Really proud of the ladies' efforts and will to fight today to come away with this one. This was a day where almost nothing was going right for the girls and as a team, they found a way to get a big win against a strong team. For Yvette to find a way to come back and win the decider as she did, dealing with cramping and being on court for over 4 hours, was pure guts. Of course, there are still areas we can clean up. However, I'm proud of the effort and grit the girls showed today to get that one. We will take a couple of days to heal up and rest and then start getting ready for the conference season to start next week."
Keiser will open conference play on Wednesday, March 1 with St. Thomas University on the road in Miami Gardens, Fla.
