The Keiser women's basketball team closed out the New Year's Classic and the 2023 calendar year with an 82-48 win over the Fort Lauderdale Eagles on Saturday afternoon.
Double-doubles by
Elise Ellison and
Taylor Jones highlighted the team performance as five Seahawks reached double-figures in scoring. Keiser produced 23 assists and forced 20 UFTL turnovers in the team's fourth largest margin of victory this season (34).
The Seahawks opened the game on a 7-0 run and never looked back.
