The No. 3-ranked Keiser football team dominated the No. 7-ranked Bethel (Tenn.) Wildcats in a 56-14 victory on Saturday, during the NAIA Football Championship Series Quarterfinals.
Running backs
Andrew Burnette and
Jaden Meizinger combined for 260 yards and five touchdowns on the ground as the Seahawks advanced to the NAIA Semifinals for the second consecutive year. Burnette, who rushed for 134 yards on 24 carries and three touchdowns, was named the Quarterfinals Outstanding Offensive Player of the Game. Meizinger, who had a pair of touchdowns on 126 yards rushing, set the school's single-season record for rushing touchdowns in a season (20).
Wendol Philord, who was named the Quarterfinals Outstanding Defensive Player of the Game, recorded five total tackles, one sack, an returned a fumble 65 yards for a touchdown. The fumble return for a score the was second on Philord's career. The Keiser defense held the Wildcats to just 14 points (averaging 44.3 points per game) and just 75 yards on the ground.
With the win, Keiser improves to 8-4 all-time in the NAIA FCS Playoffs and 3-1 in the quarterfinals.

- The Seahawks scored first with a six-yard run by Jaden Meizinger with 3:36 remaining in the first.
- The score capped off a four-play, 84-yard drive that took up 1:56.
- The score was set up by a 44-yard, one-handed catch by D'Andre Golden followed by a 26-yard run by Meizinger.

- The first of three Andrew Burnette touchdowns extended the Keiser lead to 14-0 with 10:27 left in the half.
- The native of Jensen Beach, Florida, ran for a two-yard score - his 10th rushing touchdown of the season.
- Burnette set up his own score with a 43-yard run on the previous play.
- Later in the quarter, the Seahawks drove 73 yards on 10 plays to extend their lead to 21-0.
- Senior Bryce Veasley connected with Louis Averhart III for 10-yards and a touchdown with 3:35 left in the second.
- The Wildcats got into Seahawk territory on the following two plays, getting to the KU 32-yard line.
- On first-and-10, BU quarterback Joaquin Collazo was sacked by Jertavis Black, forcing the Wildcat signal-caller to fumble the ball at the Keiser 35-yard line.
- Defensive back Wendol Philord scooped up the fumble and returned it 65 yards for the touchdown.
- Bethel (Tenn.) got on the board with a five-yard touchdown pass from Collazo to J.D. Dixon (28-7).

- On the ensuing possession, the Keiser defense forced the Wildcats to a three-and-out and a punting situation form their own 24-yard line.
- Philord returned the Wildcat punt 56 yards for a touchdown, giving Keiser a 42-7 lead with 5:58 remaining in the third.
- The punt return for a score was Philord's third of the season.
- The Wildcats countered with a 52-yard touchdown pass from Collazo to Dixon to make it a 42-14 game.
