Halle Traylor scored 29 points on 6-of-10 shooting from the floor while converting 14-of-14 from the free-throw line to lead the Keiser women's basketball team to a 101-62 win over Florida National on Wednesday night.
In all, six Seahawks scored in double-figures (Traylor,
Julia Fitzwater,
Kyra Long,
Elise Ellison, and
Mimmi Hahne) as the Seahawks scored 100 points for the first time since December 21, 2019 (101-82 win vs. Bethel College). Ellison notched her third straight double-double (11 points, 10 rebounds) while Traylor tallied seven assists and Long blocked five FNU shots.
Trailing by four, 13-9, Keiser went on a 19-0 run that began with just under 4:00 left in the first and extended into the beginning of the second quarter. That run gave the Seahawks a 15-point lead that Keiser would build on and never relinquish.

Keiser 22, Florida National 19
- The Seahawks opened the game on a 7-2 run through the first two minutes of action.
- An 11-2 run by the Conquistadors gave FNU its largest lead of the night, 13-9 (3:58).
- Keiser closed out the quarter on a 13-0 run, leading by nine after 10 minutes of action.
- The Seahawks shot 50.0 percent from the floor in the quarter (7-of-14) and converted 87.5 percent from the free-throw line (7-of-8).
Keiser 53, Florida National 32
- Keiser continued their run, scoring six straight to lead, 28-13 (8:26).
- The Seahawks pushed their lead to over 20 points as Keiser entered halftime up, 53-32.

- Keiser took a 30-point lead following a layup by Zariah Jenkins with 4:41 left in the third (67-37).
- The Conquistadors chipped away at the Keiser lead but could only get as close a 21 heading into the fourth quarter.

- It was all Keiser in the final 10 minutes as the Seahawks regained at 30-point lead with just over five minutes left to play.
- Julia Fitzwater made it a 40-point game, draining a 3-pointer with 1:30 left on the game clock (99-58).
- The crowd at the Student Life Center erupted when Halle Traylor converted her 13th free-throw attempt of the night, giving Keiser 100 points.

- With the win, Keiser improves to 3-2 on the season.
- It marked the first time Keiser had scored 100 points in a contest since December 21, 2019 (101-82 win vs. Bethel College).
- The win improves the Seahawks to 9-1 all-time versus FNU.
- The Seahawks own a 7-0 record all-time versus the Conquistadors at the Student Life Center.
