- Three players earned double-doubles on the night as Calvin Sirmans had 14 points and 10 assists while Vincent Miszkiewicz collected 12 points and 18 rebounds.
- Nichelson was the third as he tallied 11 rebounds to go along with his 16 points.
- Keiser collected 54 rebounds on the evening, a mark they only reached once last season.
- A new member of the Southern States Conference, Thomas is 0-1 entering the tournament after falling to Florida College last Thursday, 83-68.
- The leading scorer for the Night Hawks was Jarvis Brown who scored 32 in their opener.
