Keiser wrestling will be back on the road this weekend when they head up to Lakeland, Fla. for the Florida Duals hosted by Southeastern. The Seahawks will wrestle St. Thomas at 4:00 p.m. before facing the No. 3 Fire at 7:00 p.m. inside The Fire Pit.


Looking Back
The Seahawks are coming off a 43-3 loss with Division I The Citadel on January 7. In that dual, Adam El Damir picked up the lone win for the Seahawks at 165 pounds. Fighting through a tough opponent, El Damir outlasted Brodie Porter en route to a 2-1 decision win. Brett Bosserman made his season debut for the Seahawks at the dual.

• Earlier this season, the Seahawks defeated the Bobcats 26-18 on October 27, 2022.
• Bryce Cockrell, Patrick Gould, Adam El Damir, Jared Tracey, Hayden Malson, and Earnest Johnson all won their individual matches.

Southeastern

• Keiser has met Southeastern on five different occasions with the Fire winning each of the duals.
• Last year, the Seahawks picked up two wins in the dual with Bryce Gonzalez and Earnest Johnson taking home victories.
