Keiser men's tennis opened their first action of the season with good results at the ITA Regionals in Boca Raton, Fla. The men went 7-1 in singles play with the only loss coming in a Keiser v Keiser matchup and received byes in the first round of doubles action.
With winners all over the court,
Jesse Den Hartog received the spotlight performance for winning in the round of 64 and round of 32. His early start to the day saw a 6-1, 6-1 win over Eddie Wade (SCAD) which he followed up with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Felix Arroyo Viglino (CCGA).

Martin Carrizo, and
Christian Foss all got their first wins for Keiser in their first tournament of the year. The boys will have an early start tomorrow as all three doubles teams will see their first competition in the round of 16. First serve for the men's side is currently scheduled for 8:30 am.

Daniel Finn said, "Strong day for the guys. They did a great job of locking in and staying focused when they had to and getting some strong showings today. It's always great to be able to get on and off the court and have time to recover in a tournament of this size. Tomorrow will be just as big of a challenge with even more matches as the tournament gets deeper and the competition always obviously gets tougher. Hopefully, we can get some good rest tonight and get ready for another big day tomorrow."
