Seahawk Hurlers
  • Starter Danny Galvan picked up his seventh win of the season, allowing three runs on 10 hits whiles striking out three in five innings of action.
  • Michael Cabeza came out of the pen, tossing three innings of relief. He allowed just one run on one hit.
  • Closer Brandon McCabe earned the save, allowing just one hit in the ninth and striking out one. 

Seahawk Batters
  • Tim Bouchard posted a game-high three hits with one RBI and a runs scored. He also drew a walk.
  • Mason Dinesen hit hits fifth home run of the season, scoring two runs and going 1-for-4 from the dish. 
  • Zach Mazur batted 2-for-4 in the game.
  • Nate Brodsky had a 2-for-4 afternoon, scoring a run.

  • Luis Cabrera hit a single to right-center, scoring two for the Fire.

  • After a single and a stolen base, Nate Brodsky put himself in scoring position with no outs.
  • A throwing error by SEU's third baseman, allowing Brodsky to score from second. 
  • A wild pitch by Robb Adams allowed Dinesen to score from third. 
  • With runners of first and third, Priamo Lozada singled to right, bringing home Tim Bouchard.
  • Anthony Catalano scored on a ground out to give KU a 4-2 lead.

  • Dinesen recorded his fifth home run of the season with a blast to left-center.

  • Brandon McCabe came out the pen, setting down the first two batters that he faced.
  • Fuentes double down the left-field line to move into scoring position.
  • McCabe got Gary Lora to fly out to center on a 2-2 count, earning his fourth save of the season.

Keiser hosts the No. 1-ranked Southeastern Fire in the final two games of the weekend set on Saturday, April 16. Game Two will begin at 11:00 a.m. followed by the third and final game of series (approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game Two).
