The No. 2 Keiser women's tennis team took down the No. 22 Gyrenes of Ave Maria at home on Saturday, 6-1.
- Coopersmith made quick work of the No. 22 ranked Lara Teodoro on court one, winning 6-2, 6-0.
- KU took the 3-0 lead on court two with Vidanovic's 6-3, 6-4 win.
- Perez Flores sealed the match for Keiser on court five with a 6-3, 6-4 win.
- On court three, Companion fought off two tiebreak sets to win 7-5, 7-6.
- The Gyrenes picked up their lone point on court five as Sorakubo fell 7-5, 4-6, 0(7)-1.
- Nouws wrapped up the win for the Seahawks with a 7-6, 6-0 win on court six to finish the long day of tennis.

"Not our cleanest performance today," said Head Coach,
Daniel Finn, "Obviously I am happy to see the girls manage their way through a match where we collectively were not playing our best but found a way to get a convincing win. We will definitely make adjustments and get ready for a quick turnaround test tomorrow."

The Seahawks will travel to the USTA Campus in Orlando, Florida for a match with Division I, Southeastern (La.) on Sunday, February 27.
