The No. 2 Keiser women's tennis team improved to 3-1 on the season with a win over Coastal Georgia on Saturday at Patch Reef Park.

• Nicole Coopersmith and Vanja Vidanovic wasted no time on court one with a 6-0 win.
• Shortly after, Kanon Sorakubo and Isabella Perez Flores picked up a win on court two by a score of 6-1.
• With the doubles point in hand Kahea Companion and Joyce Nouws completed the sweep with a 6-2 victory on court three

• Coopersmith continued to cruise with a 6-0, 6-0 win on court one.
• Pushing the KU lead to 3-0 was Sorakubo on court three with a 6-0, 6-3 win.
• Vidanovic clinched the match for the Seahawks winning 6-2, 6-1 on court 3.
• Companion and Perez Flores continued their undefeated streaks with wins on courts two and 5.
• After waiting for a court to open, Nouws finished the shutout with a 6-1, 6-0 performance on court six.

"The ladies did what they needed to today," said Head Coach, Daniel Finn, "I thought, for the most part, we did a decent job coming out in doubles and taking control of the match from the start. Singles was a little up-and-down depending on what match you were watching, but overall, the ladies did a nice job of making it a business event today. Now we can start to turn our focus towards a nice matchup coming up with PBA."


As Coach Finn mentioned, the Seahawks will have a matchup with D-II, Palm Beach Atlantic on Thursday, February 17 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
