Brandon Younger's 14-point second half sparked a 12-point comeback for Keiser men's basketball on Thursday night in a win over the Bulldogs, 70-66.
Core'von Lott's two daggers in the final minute of the game held off the Bulldogs and secured the sixth win of the year for the Seahawks.
McPherson 38, Keiser 31
- Keiser jumped out to a 7-5 lead with DaQuan Williams scoring five of the first seven points for the Seahawks.
- The two sides went on an even 6-6 run to make it a 13-11 game for KU with 12:08 left in the first.
- After a scoreless two and a half minutes, Jordan Agyemang sank one of two free throws before a long three from Sinai Enoch put the Seahawks up six, 17-11.
- McPherson then exploded onto a 10-4 run of their own to take the lead at 5:43 before a jumper by Core'von Lott tied the game at 21-21 with 5:16 to play in the first.
- Another Bulldogs run saw them take a 28-23 lead with 3:08 to play.
- Two more threes from Enoch slowed down the McPherson side but the Bulldogs would end the half on a 10-8 run, taking a 38-31 lead into the break.

- An even start to the second half left the deficit at seven with 14:34 still to go in the second half.
- It then became the Brandon Younger show as the senior guard scored nine of the next 11 points to give Keiser a 48-46 lead with 12:54 left in the game.
- The Seahawks followed that run with a 10-0 run, holding McPherson to 0-for-7 from the field and KU extending their lead with 7:07 on the clock.
- McPherson ended the drought with a 9-2 run of their own, cutting the lead to 60-55 with just 4:17 showing.
- The Bulldogs would continue to push forward but Keiser would have a response as the game was 64-60 with less than two minutes to go.
- Following a layup from Jamil Hardaway, the Seahawks turned to Core'von "big shot" Lott who did what he does best and sank a jumper with 50 seconds on the clock to keep the four-point lead.
- Jerome Mabry would answer with a layup but Lott would fire back with another tough two-point dagger with 10 seconds left to ice the game.
- McPherson would go on to make another layup but two clutch free-throws by Williams gave Keiser the breathing room to take home the 70-66 win.

- Keiser moves to 3-0 all-time against McPherson, winning their second home game in the series.
- The Seahawks now own a margin of victory of 68 points over the Bulldogs.
- Keiser improves their record to 6-4 with the win, 3-2 on the home floor, and out-of-conference games.
- A much improved night at the free-throw line tonight as the Seahawks missed just two of their 11 attempts from the charity stripe which gave them the second-best free-throw percentage on the year at 81.8%.
- Jordan Agyemang was called on to start and made his presence known, scoring 10 points, grabbing six rebounds, and swatting away five shots.
- After being honored before the game for multiple scoring milestones, Core'von Lott shared the scoring lead tonight with Brandon Younger who also put up 16 points from the field.
- KU only forced 13 turnovers in the game but was able to turn them into points as they scored 18 points off of those turnovers.
- Christian Miller-Cardwell also made the most of his minutes, leading the team with seven rebounds and four steals in the game.
- After coming off the bench, Sinai Enoch scored nine points in 11 minutes on three flashy three-pointers.
- The Seahawks made a statement down low, blocking 11 shots which ties for the fourth most in program history.
