  • The Grizzlies tied the match after No. 10 Lysykh defeated No. 19 Aik in the fourth slot, 6-0, 6-4.
  • No.8 Hussain put the Seahawks back ahead, winning in the number three singles position over No.6 Pichler in straight sets, 6-3, 6-2.
  • However, Georgia Gwinnett again drew even in the match as No. 1 Genovese toppled No. 4 Abbate by scores of 6-2, 6-2.
  • GGC went ahead for the first time when No. 18 Marta Perez Maestro downed Lisa Khamassi in the sixth spot, 6-3, 7-5.
  • No. 17 Ferrer clinched the Grizzlies fifth straight national championship with a 3-6, 6-2, 6-1 victory over No. 35 Isabella Perez Flores.
  • No. 24 Laimore won her opening set, 7-5, and was down, 3-4 in the second when the match was stopped against No. 5 Koplova.
