The No. 2 Keiser men's tennis team fell in the 2021 NAIA National Championship match to No. 1 Georgia Gwinnett, 4-1. This was the second meeting in the final match between these two teams.
With the loss, the Seahawks conclude the season with an 18-2 overall record.
- Georgia Gwinnett began the match with a 6-3 win in the top doubles slot as No.4 Matthias Haim and Federico Bonacia bested No. 2 Toru Horie and Gernimo Barrios.
- The Grizzlies claimed the lone doubles point from the second position as No. 16 Luis Gomar and Valentino Caratini upended No. 17 Luke Simkiss and Fred Oervad, 6-4.
- Olivier Koeng and Riccardo Ferraris were leading 5-4 over No. 18 Jose Dugo and Alex Gurmendi, when doubles was clinched.
- GGC doubled their advantage out of the second slot as No. 12 Haim defeated No. 7 Horie, 6-4, 6-2.
- The Grizzlies widened their lead to 3-0Â with a victory out of the fourth position, as No. 17Â Dugo upended No. 24Â Oervad, 7-5, 6-2.
- No. 1 Simkiss got the Seahawks on board after besting No. 2 Gurmendi in the top spot, 7-5, 6-3, as KU trailed 3-1.
- However, No. 13 Gomar clinched the seventh straight national championship for GGC, 6-4, 6-4, over No. 19 Barrios.
- When the match was clinched, Bart Nouws won his first set 7-6 and was tied 3-3 in his second, while No. 26  Zick was up 3-0 in the third set.Â
