The No. 1 Keiser women's lacrosse team cruised past Ave Maria, 19-8, on senior day Saturday afternoon to cap off the program's first-ever undefeated regular season.

Keiser 14, Ave Maria 4
- The Seahawks jumped out to a fast start with three goals in the opening two minutes to lead 3-0.
- Haley Knudsen led the charge with two of the three scores.
- Goals from Valeria Lomaglio and Huber pushed the Keiser lead to 5-0 with 23:16 showing on the clock.
- Ave Maria halted the run with an Aiyanah Simms goal at the 22:00 mark, cutting the Keiser lead to 5-1.
- Back-to-back goals by Melanie Brown and Huber extended the Seahawks lead to 7-1 with 18:54 remaining.
- Huber's goal was her third of the contest, marking her fourth hat-trick of the year.
- The Gyrenes trimmed the lead to four, 8-4, with consecutive goals as 7:39 showed on the clock.
- Keiser closed the half on a 6-0 run to take a 14-4 advantage into the break.

- Madison Andrews opened the scoring in the second half with her third goal of the afternoon, increasing the Keiser lead to 15-4 at the 25:48 mark.
- The sophomore's hat-trick marked her fifth of the year.
- Â Keiser ripped off three more goals, capped off by another Andrews score, to push the lead to 18-4 as 18:32 remained in the contest.
- Despite Ave Maria netting four of the final five goals of the contest, Keiser came away with the 19-8 victory.
- 4: Brown dished out a game-best four assists in the win.
- 4: Covell stopped four shots on the afternoon.
- 5: Brown also scooped up a game-best five ground balls.
- 5: Talia Myers led the team with five draw controls.
- 8: Eight different Seahawks netted a goal on the afternoon, led by Andrews and Huber with four.
