The No. 2 Keiser Seahawks toppled NCAA Division II, Northwood on Sunday afternoon by the final score of 6-1.
- The Seahawks took a 2-0 lead when Isabella Perez Flores cruised in the third spot, 6-0, 6-1 against Mikhaylova.
- Kanon Sorakubo moved Keiser to within one of clinching the match with a 6-1, 6-0 victory in the sixth position.
- Keiser officially clinched the victory on the afternoon as Hussain dropped her opponent, 6-3, 6-3, in the second spot.
- The Seahawks widened their advantage to 5-0 with a 6-2, 6-1 win in the fifth position, by No. 13 Schaerer.
- Northwood avoided the shutout as No. 9 Lisa Khamassi fell, 5-7, 6-4, 1-0 (5) in the fourth slot.
- KU finished the match on a high note as Abbate won in the top spot, 7-5, 7-5.

Daniel Finn said, "Overall I am happy with the way the ladies took care of business. It was a tricky match with windy conditions and pulling some players from the lineup. It was good to see some players step up in different spots of the lineup. Now, we need to rest up and get ready for a tough week."
