The No. 2 Keiser Seahawks toppled NCAA Division II, Northwood on Sunday afternoon by the final score of 6-1.

• The Seahawks tilted the doubles point their way with a 6-1 win in the top slot by Alisha Hussain and Maissane Aik.
• Hannah Lairmore and Sarah Schaerer claimed the doubles point for KU with a 6-1 victory.
• The afternoon doubles sweep was completed by Camilla Abbate and Dugliesy Linarez with a 6-2 win on court two.

• The Seahawks took a 2-0 lead when Isabella Perez Flores cruised in the third spot, 6-0, 6-1 against Mikhaylova.
• Kanon Sorakubo moved Keiser to within one of clinching the match with a 6-1, 6-0 victory in the sixth position.
• Keiser officially clinched the victory on the afternoon as Hussain dropped her opponent, 6-3, 6-3, in the second spot.
• The Seahawks widened their advantage to 5-0 with a 6-2, 6-1 win in the fifth position, by No. 13 Schaerer.
• Northwood avoided the shutout as No. 9 Lisa Khamassi fell, 5-7, 6-4, 1-0 (5) in the fourth slot.
• KU finished the match on a high note as Abbate won in the top spot, 7-5, 7-5.

Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "Overall I am happy with the way the ladies took care of business. It was a tricky match with windy conditions and pulling some players from the lineup. It was good to see some players step up in different spots of the lineup. Now, we need to rest up and get ready for a tough week."
