The Keiser volleyball team fell to the Coastal Georgia Mariners, 3-0 (25-22, 25-16, 25-17) on Saturday, snapping a three-match, Sun Conference winning streak for the Seahawks. 

 

• 5: With the loss on Saturday, KU drops to 5-4 all-time versus the Mariners in Sun Conference action.
• 8: Cassie Cox led all Seahawks with eight kills in the match. The native of of Round Rock, Texas, also led the team with a .278 attack percentage.
• 9: Brooklyn VandeHei tallied a team-high nine digs versus the Mariners.
• 11: The Seahawks could not overcome 11.0 total blocks by the Mariners.
• 12: Saturday marked the 12th meeting all-time between the two schools with CCGA taking a 7-5 lead in the series history.  
• 14: VandeHei also led the team in assists with 14 followed closely by Hannah Heide (10).

Keiser returns home to host the Florida Memorial Lions on Wednesday, October 13. First serve from the Student Life Center is set for 7:00 PM
