The Keiser men's tennis team wrapped up the second day of the ITA Cup in Rome, Ga. The Seahawks fell in both singles matches and dropped the lone doubles match.
In singles play,
Luke Simkiss dropped a tough match to Agustin Tamgnone (GGU), 6-1, 6-4.
Yassir Kilani also fell in the quarterfinal against Francisco Faria (ONU), 6-4, 6-3. In doubles play,
Charly Zick and
Geronimo Barrios took the No. 4 seeded team of Jose Dugo and Alex Gurmendi (GGU) to a tiebreak in the first set before dropping both sets, 7-6(6), 7-5.

Daniel Finn said, "Tough day for the boys. In the end, we did not do a good job of controlling ourselves and our emotions when it mattered, and it cost us. Tomorrow is a new day, and we will try to regroup and finish the event on a high note with more tough matches."
