Keiser University split their two game Georgia trip with a 79-55 victory against Thomas University on Saturday afternoon inside the TU Gymnasium. This was the second victory of the year against Thomas.
Keiser 10, Thomas 17
- The Seahawks scored the opening two points but trailed at the first media timeout, 10-4, with 4:52 to go.
- An old fashioned three-point play by Emily Patton and three straight points from Midori Long brought the Seahawks to within two, 12-10, at the 2:43 mark.
- The Night Hawks tallied the final five points of the quarter to lead, 17-10.
Keiser 40, Thomas 34
- After Thomas scored the opening bucket of the period, Keiser ran off nine straight points, tying the game at 19-19, with 7:10 remaining. Patton tallied four points during the stretch.
- The Night Hawks briefly halted the run with a layup before the Seahawks went on a 7-0 run, forcing a TU timeout, trailing 26-21 with 5:13 left.
- The Seahawks stretched the margin to as many as 11, 36-25, leading to another Thomas timeout with 2:25 to go in the half.
- Thomas outscored KU 9-4 down the stretch but the Seahawks led at the halftime break, 40-34.
Keiser 63, Thomas 41
- The Seahawks ran off the first seven points of the quarter before Thomas scored their first bucket with 5:06 showing on the scoreboard.
- Thomas trimmed their deficit to nine, 50-41, but Keiser closed the period on a 13-2 run to lead 63-41. Nikki Saunders led the Seahawks with five points.

- Keiser continued to cruise in the final quarter, outscoring the home team, 16-14, sealing the 79-55 road win.
- Back-to-back three-pointers by Daniela Barrios gave the Seahawks their largest lead of the game, 75-44.
