The top-seeded Keiser Seahawks advanced to their second straight Sun Conference Championship match with a 5-1 victory over Webber International on Tuesday afternoon. KU will play for their fourth title in program history on Friday at home.
- Adrian Camacho Castro curled in a free kick from 35 yards out for the opening goal in the eighth minute.
- The Seahawks made it 2-0 in the 37th minute as Ciro Damine found the back of the net off a perfect through ball from Lucas Jacobs.
- Two minutes later, Alexander Steen scored off the second assist of the game by Jacobs as the margin stood at 3-0.
- Keiser dominated the opening half, holding a 9-1 advantage on shots.
- Camacho Castro converted on a penalty kick in the 47th minute as the advantage grew to four.
- Camacho Castro completed the hat-trick just three minutes later, touching home a cross from Damine.
- Webber ruined the shutout in the 78th minute with an excellent goal off a 35-yard free kick.
- Ciro Damine (51) is tied with Joonas Siikala for the second most goals in program history.
- Damine is one goal short of tying the program record which is held by Marcus Johansson since 2013.
- The Seahawks improve to 18-5-0 all-time against the Warriors, winning the last 10 games.
- Keiser moved to .500 in semifinal play, 3-3-4 all-time.
- Felipe Godoy tied Andy Robertson for the second most wins in a season with 12.
- Godoy made just one save in the contest.
- Camacho Castro's hat-trick was the first of the season for the sophomore.
- Damine and Camacho Castro are tied for the team lead with 14 goals apiece.
- Damine led the way with four shots while the team finished with 21.
- Jacobs finished with two assists in the contest.
- Second straight season that Keiser entered the tournament as the top overall seed.
