Dominate Pitching
The Seahawks pitching staff combined for 18 strikeouts this afternoon against Florida National. Keiser used seven different pitchers with six recording at least one punch out.

How it Happened
  • The Seahawks connected on three home runs in the first inning to take a 5-0 lead. Hall and Crocitto went back-to-back and Diaz capped the inning with a two-run shot.
  • Solo home runs by Nate VanKan and Hall raised the Keiser advantage to 7-0 after two innings of play.
  • In the third, a two-out double to left by Miguel Casanueva made it 8-0 before FNU got on the board in the next inning with two runs but trailed 8-2.
  • Keiser loaded the bases in the fourth with nobody out when they added three more runs to lead 11-2. RBI's were credited to Crocitto, Ezequis Encarnacion, and Diaz.
  • Florida National plated four runs in the fifth to get within 11-6 but a two-run single in the sixth by De La Cruz elevated the score to 13-6.
  • Crocitto capped the scoring with a two-out RBI single to right as Keiser knocked off FNU 14-6.
