Big Inning
The Seahawks scored their only runs of the game in the fourth against Lyon to open up the Gulf Shores Invitational.
 
How it Happened

• The Seahawks threatened in the third with runners on second and third with one-away but a line-out to first and a strikeout ended the inning, as the game remained scoreless.
• Northway led off the fourth with a bunt and moved to third on a throwing error by the pitcher following a bunt back to her by Ally Thompson.
• Dominguez followed with an RBI single center and a 6-4-3 RBI double-play by pinch hitter, Lutz made it 2-0.
• Lyon plated their only run of the game in the sixth with a single but Boyle shutdown the Scots in the seventh for her first save of the year.
