HOW IT HAPPENED

  • The hosts opened the scoring just 30 seconds in, but Huber countered with an unassisted goal just 13 seconds later.
  • Kyli Towner had a goal answered by Embry-Riddle to tie it up at 2-2, but Beikirch netted back-to-back goals in a span of just 27 seconds to put Keiser up 4-2 with 24:21 on the clock.
  • The Eagles tied the game at four-apiece when Micaela Rillo and Beikirch found the back of the net consecutively, both assisted by Reddington, to lead 6-4 with 18:39 until the halftime whistle.
  • The teams were tied for the final time in opening half, 7-7 at the 12:45 mark when Beikirch scored the first of three consecutive goals, as the Seahawks grabbed their largest lead of the game at 10-7 after goals from Melanie Brown and Maria Johnson.
  • Embry-Riddle made it a two-score game before Jade Dougherty tallied the final marker of the opening 30 minutes with 4:17 on the clock to make it 11-8 in favor of KU.
  • The Keiser offense went through a bit of a dry spell to start the second half, and Embry-Riddle seized their first lead since the opening minute of the game with four unanswered goals to make it 12-11 with 17:11 on the clock.
  • Lomaglio produced her second goal of the game to tie the contest at 12-12 with 16:45 left to play, as Reddington recorded her fourth assist.
