How it Happened
- Coastal Georgia held an early 7-2 advantage before the Seahawks went on a 9-2 run to take their first advantage of the evening, 11-9, with 5:07 left in the first quarter.
- The Mariners answered back with nine unanswered points to lead 18-11 but Sanabria tallied five straight points to get within two at the 1:52 mark.
- The teams then traded a pair of buckets with CCG leading 24-18 at the end of the first quarter.
- Keiser trailed by as many as eight, 28-20, when a Sanabria three-pointer ignited an 11-2 run capped by three free throws from Kelly Meade to lead 31-30 with 4:21 to go before halftime.
- Three lead changes ensued with Coastal Georgia ahead of the Seahawks at the half, 38-35. Sanabria led the way in the opening half with ten points on 3-of-5 shooting.
- The Seahawks trailed in the new half until Dyson connected on a jumper off an assist from Yaire Rodriguez to lead 50-48 with 5:02 showing on the scoreboard.
