The No. 1 women's soccer team eased past USCB 3-0 on Sunday afternoon in Sun Conference play. The Seahawks picked up their second shutout of the young conference season.
How it Happened
- Keiser grabbed the first goal of the game in the 41st minute as Emma Holmskov scored off a corner by Maja Henriksson.
- Matilda Ovenberger extended the lead to 2-0 with a penalty kick in the 48th minute.
- In the 58th minute, Filippa Millqvist crossed the ball to the top of the box where Alicia Drott finished it off, making it 3-0 in favor of the Seahawks.
- The Seahawks continued to dominate play, recoding their eighth clean sheet of the season en route to the 3-0 victory.
