How it Happened

• The opening quarter featured a pair of ties before Sanabria connected on a jumper in the paint to give Keiser their first lead of the afternoon, 7-5, with 6:05 left in the quarter.
• Following a pair of lead changes, TU ran off six unanswered points, claiming their final lead of the half, 13-9, with 4:55 to go in the frame.
• Long then nailed her second three-pointer of the season to spark a 10-2 run to end the quarter as Keiser went on top, 19-15.
• The Seahawks opened the second period on an 8-0 run, taking their largest lead of the game, 27-15 at the 8:15 mark.
• After trading baskets, the Night Hawks scored seven unanswered points to get within seven, 31-24, forcing KU to take a timeout with 3:28 left in the half.
• TU edged the Seahawks 5-4 down the stretch but Keiser was on top at the halftime break, 35-29.
• The Night Hawks outscored the Seahawks 11-5 over the opening six minutes of the third quarter to tie the game at 40-40.
• The teams flipped leads on a pair of occasions before Sanabria tallied the final five points of the quarter to give Keiser a 49-45 advantage.
• Thomas scored 11 of the opening 16 points of the final quarter to jump back ahead, 56-55, with 6:13 remaining.
• A one-possession game ensued over the next three minutes despite six lead changes until Shari Sanders nailed a three-pointer to tie the game at 64-64 with 3:37 to go in regulation.
