The No. 9 Keiser women's soccer team snapped their two-game skid with a 3-1 victory over No. 12 University of Mobile on Saturday night. The Seahawks have now defeated three teams ranked in the NAIA Top 25 poll.

The Seahawks applied pressure on the Rams all evening with a 19-9 advantage on shots and 9-3 shots on goal edge.
 
How it Happened
  • The Seahawks tallied the game's first goal in the 22nd minute when Matilda Ovenberger beat the keeper to her left off a cross by Filippa Millqvist and Maren Hellan.
  • However, Mobile needed just 34 seconds to tie the game as Cheyne Bush found the back of the net.
  • With just 41 seconds left before the half, Alice Blixt played a free kick into the box, and following a scramble for the loose ball, Kyoka Koshijma scored her first collegiate goal to give Keiser a 2-1 lead.
  • Maxi Krug recorded the lone goal of the second half in the 79th minute on a 30-yard free kick, lifting Keiser to the 3-1 victory.
