Coach's Corner
Head Coach
Daniel Finn said, "Not really sure how to feel here. It is tough to battle for four and a half hours and at the end, come away without knowing who won. This was a straight battle of a match, and to not have a winner almost feels unjust. All in all though, I am really proud of the girls and their effort today. Doubles took an hour and a half to play itself and was honestly decided by just a handful of points. It would have been easy for the girls to get deflated after going down 2-1 heading into singles, but for them to fight as hard as they did to get back into the match, with the potential to win it was great to see. Today is tough to not get a result, but in the end I am happy to see the ladies compete the way they did. Now we get to get some rest and fine tune before the conference tournament in a week and a half."
