The huge fourth inning proved to be the difference as the Seahawks scored all five runs on five hits in the inning to come from behind and take a 5-2 advantage.
How it Happened
- Both teams were held scoreless until Reinhardt broke through for two runs in the top of the third.
- The Eagles scored their first run of the inning on Jennah McElheney's one-out RBI single to left, driving in Emily Draper who reached on a leadoff single to left.
- After swiping second, McElheney came in to score on Emma Adams' two-out double to left center, widening the Eagles lead to 2-0.
- The score held until the bottom of the fourth when the Seahawks struck for five runs on five hits.
- Keiser loaded the bases with back-to-back singles by Cheyenne Blumberg and Janelle Dominguez to open the inning, followed by Ally Thompson reaching on a hit batsman.
- Ostrander tied the game with her one-out double to left center, driving in pinch-runners Kelsie Thurman and Alanie Cora.
- Figueroa followed suit with a double of her own, driving in Ostrander and Thurman to give the Seahawks their first lead of the day, 4-2.
- KU pushed across the final run of the inning on Troiana Test's two-out single through the left side.
- Green cruised through the final three innings in the circle, holding the Eagles to just one hit as the Seahawks held on for the victory.

- Rylee Agnew picked up her first loss on the season, pitching just 1.1 innings while agiving up five earned runs.

Turning Point
Hope Cain's performance in the circle for Mobile was the difference maker in the game, holding the Seahawks to just three hits through seven innings, striking out four.
How it Happened
- The Rams wasted no time, pushing their first run of the game across in the first inning on Walding's RBI single to right field to take the 1-0 advantage.
- Mobile opened the following inning with three consecutive infield singles to load the bases with nobody out before pushing across their second run of the game on a sac fly to right field by Woodruff
- The Rams then connected on three consecutive singles by Fleetwood, Adams, and Walding to widen their lead to 5-0.
- A one-out single from Brodbeck in the sixth inning almost amounted to Keiser's first run of the game as she moved to second on a Test groundout before taking third on her 14th stolen base of the season.
- However, Brodbeck was stranded at third as the Seahawks were unable to drive her in.
- A bases-loaded one-out walk to Torres in the sixth inning widened UM's lead to 6-0 before Green retired the next two batters via a strikeout.
- The Seahawks were retired in order in the seventh, solidifying the 6-0 Mobile victory.
